Merry Edwards Winery, legendary producer of single-vineyard and appellation-blend Pinot Noirs and Sauvignon Blanc, has opened a tasting room in Anderson Valley. The new location marks the winery’s second tasting room and its most significant expansion since joining the Roederer Collection in 2019.
Merry Edwards began exploring the Anderson Valley appellation with the 2021 vintage, debuting a Dach Vineyard Pinot Noir and then extending into appellation wines – Anderson Valley Pinot Noir and Anderson Valley Chardonnay – with the 2022 vintage. The strength of these early releases, paired with company-owned and -farmed estate vineyards and holdings throughout the appellation, made a dedicated Anderson Valley tasting room a natural evolution.
Guests are welcome to taste the winery’s newest wines at the source and linger outside to enjoy the vineyard views and redwood-studded hillsides. The new tasting room is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursdays through Sundays and can be reached at (707) 823-7466.
