Redwood Valley’s Pauli Ranch is an excellent destination if you’re in the mood to try a vibrant and food-friendly Barbera: elegant, full-bodied and ready for your arrival.

If you’re looking for organic wineries in Mendocino County, a visit to the nation’s first organic and biodynamic winery is, of course, in order. Try their Dolcetto, with its rhubarb undertones.

At a higher elevation that many vineyards in Mendocino County, Nube Bianco gets cooler temperatures that refine the aromatics in their elegant wines. For something different, try their Arneis with its white peach nose and stone fruit and lime flavors.
