All ingredients sourced at the restaurant come from Mendocino Organics, a farm in Redwood Valley, and other local producers of fine meats, cheeses, and produce. Serving lunch and dinner daily, the menu changes depending on what’s available that day. However, their signature dish, The Golden Pig (Mendocino Meats 100% pork hot dog with pulled pork, sauerkraut & mustard on a pretzel roll) is a menu staple!
