This home was built in 1995 by the Martinson Family. We raised our 4 children here and now we are happy to share it with you! This house is full of charm and delight. It is a two story farm house with a wrap around porch, huge lawn to play on, a in ground pool, vegetable & flower gardens & swing set.
You will be staying on a working vineyard , so there is much to experience throughout the year.

The Testa family has owned and operated vineyards on the same land for over 100 years. Maria Testa’s great-grandparents first planted vines on the property in 1912. Today the family hand picks the grapes at the perfect ripeness and uses a small de-stemmer for crushing them, one tub at a time. The grapes are then fermented in 3/4 ton bins and hand-punched down twice a day until the fermentation is complete. The wines are stored in the old cellar where the temperature fluctuates gradually throughout the seasons, perfect for the wines to stay in balance with the earth’s temperature.
