SUMMARY:Point Arena Independence Weekend Celebration
DESCRIPTION:Celebrate Independence Day weekend in Point Arena with two days of community fun\, live entertainment\, and coastal tradition! On Friday\, July 3\, the festivities kick off at Arena Cove with the annual Fireworks Festival from 4 PM to 11 PM. Enjoy a lively street fair filled with delicious food\, local vendors\, crafts\, family activities\, a bouncy house\, and live music featuring Redwood Roots Revival\, Camilo y Los Cruzers\, Seal Party\, Wayward Jerry\, La Onda\, and DJ Here and There Records. As the sun sets\, gather along the coast for a spectacular fireworks show by Pyro Spectacular beginning at dark. Guests are encouraged to bring flashlights and jackets for the evening festivities. Parking and shuttle service will be available from City Hall throughout the event. \nThe celebration continues on Sunday\, July 5\, with the beloved Point Arena Independence Day Parade beginning at noon along Main Street/Hwy 1. This hometown tradition brings the community together with colorful floats\, fire trucks\, classic cars\, dancers\, horses\, drum corps\, art cars\, and plenty of surprises for all ages. Join locals and visitors alike for a festive weekend celebrating summer\, community\, and Independence Day on the beautiful Mendocino Coast.

In order to break the spell of the Frog Prince\, she must brave a harrowing journey filled with wonder.\nAlong the adventure\, she encounters Jack and the Beanstalk’s sassy cow\, an out of pocket Pirate and the secret sacrifice of the cricket and the wren.\nFeaturing aerialists\, jugglers\, knife throwers\, and laugh out loud comedy\, this circus blends classic storybook archetypes with imaginative new heroes. The Cricket and the Wren will surprise\, dazzle and delight all ages.\nIn addition to the family friendly showings\, and the interactive children’s camp program held under the circus big top\, Flynn Creek Circus also presents the wildly popular ‘Adults Only Show’ boasting outrageous acts\, dark comedy\, and an infamous party atmosphere.
