A16 Boonville’s Finale…for now
It has been an honor to spend our September and October weekends in Boonville, reconnecting with old friends, and building new community. As many restaurant people can attest, in these uncertain times, it’s hard to know what will move the needle. So we move forward with a pioneering spirit into the unknown, surrounded by friends. We are wildly blessed to have been so well received by this wonderful place.
Who knows…this could become a tradition!
Each weekend, the menus and wine list are composed as an ode to the Anderson Valley – a love for its generous people and the land.
For this final expression, A16 Boonville guests will experience a 4-course feast comprised of A16 classics and ingredients ranging from San Francisco Bay anchovies, Bates & Schmitt apples, Wentworth Ranch beef + a lasagna recipe inspired by Chef Dominick Maietta’s nonna and their family Sunday suppers.

San Francisco Anchovies arugula, Agrumato lemon olive oil, sea salt

Wine pairings + bottle and glass selections feature Mendocino and Italian favorites.
Walk-in guests are invited to enjoy a casual selection of salads, sandwiches & pizzas with a spritz, beer, or glass of wine + provisions & retail wine to-go.
