Olio Nuovo Olive Oil Celebration at Terra Sávia

Due to an early harvest, olive milling went from 0-100 overnight! With milling is in full swing, November’s 2nd Saturday, the 14th has been set for our annual Olio Nuovo Celebration and Luncheon here at the mill! Olio nuovo is extra-virgin oil that’s been bottled just after milling. This is one of our favorite traditions—a chance to come together and salute our obsession with recently-milled liquid green gold, and gorge yourselves on an oil-centric meal prepared by Chef Monica. Food tickets are $35 but not required to attend and taste! We’ll also be doing regular wine tastings
