Minus Tide Winemaker Dinner at Izakaya Gama

The incredibly talented team at Izakaya Gama in Point Arena is hosting a very special winemaker dinner on Friday, January 27 showcasing the wines from Minus Tide, which has quickly emerged as one of Mendocino County’s most exciting new wineries. This chef’s choice coursed dinner will be a fun new addition to Mendocino County’s annual Sips & Seafood Festival, and will feature seasonal dishes prepared by Chef David Hopps (previously of Saison and The Harbor House Inn) paired with Minus Tide’s acclaimed wines.
