Minus Tide Winemaker Dinner at Gama
Gama is a coastal izakaya in Point Arena focused on local, seasonal ingredients prepared with Japanese cooking techniques. Chef David Hopps will create a series of delectable dishes to complement the Minus Tide selection of wines. Winemaker Brad Jonas will offer tasting comments and notes as the meal is served in this beautiful and intimate setting.
