Caviar & Wine Pairings at Foursight Wines

Join us for our second annual caviar pairing weekend! Enjoy a “Seacuterie Board” with smoked salmon, sturgeon paté, two half-ounce tins of Estate and Osetra caviar by Tsar Nicoulai, blini and all the garnishes. We’ll pair it with a flight of three of our estate-grown white wines and Pinot Noirs, showing how caviar can be matched perfectly with a variety of wines — not just sparkling!
