This two night package includes accommodations in an Ocean view room King Bed (or two doubles), cozy down comforter and Victorian decor.

Enjoy a continental breakfast in the Lounge with a steaming cup of organic coffee before embarking on a professionally guided sea cave tour and more at Van Damme State several minutes south of the hotel. While sitting on a "sit on top" Ocean Kayak for the next hour and a half your life will take on that of a marine mammal, joining the harbor seals, sea stars, algae’s and shorebirds in this incredibly rich and diverse habitat. All tours are easily paddled by beginners and require no prior experience, as Van Damme is a special place offering protection and channels in either direction. After the ocean adventure relax in our sister property The Mendocino Hotel’s comfortable lobby before a 200 year old Dutch wood burning fireplace and delight in a Bistro dinner for two with a glass of Mendocino wine and freshly made desserts- like the signature Ollaliberry deep dish pie!!

The following day return to The Mendocino hotel where you will feast on a scrumptious breakfast for two, then you may then decide to stroll in the hotel’s two acres of Botanical Grades or shop in local boutiques. Visit the historic Kelly House where you can hear historians tell of shipwrecks, lighthouses and life at the lumber mills.
