Choosing from among the Mendocino coast's abundance of picturesque inns can be a challenge: oceanfront drama or woodsy coziness? Gingerbread and teddy bears, or day spas and golf? The annual Mendocino Coast Candlelight Inn Tour lets you sample them all, complete with twinkly lights, food and music. Thursday is Mendocino's evening, followed by Fort Bragg on Friday, Albion and Little River on Saturday, and Elk on Sunday. The tour coincides with the first countywide Festive Fortnight, offering holiday events and special deals to warm your winter.
