Laughing Coyote Studio is a recording facility nestled on five acres among the vineyards and redwood trees of Mendocino County, just two hours north of San Francisco. Our four-room complex offers an outstanding environment for all types of recording -- a state-of-the-art studio in a relaxed, down-home setting. We have recorded 100's of projects which includes numerous Grammy and award winning artists.
The rural location of LCS offers abundant opportunities for exploring the spectacular beauty of Mendocino County. Activities include boating on nearby lakes, walks in old growth redwood forests, tasting trips to local wineries and the peace and quiet of country life. We can arrange local accommodations at area hot springs, bed and breakfast inns or economy motels.
