This opulent Italian dinner to benefit the Caspar Community Center, promises to be an exceptional repast. The meal will open with hearty servings of antipasti, including vegetables, cured meats and cheeses served with bread and fine olive oils. The entree options include Chicken Vessuvio, a tasty amalgam of chicken and sausages served ona bed of canallini beans on top of creamy polenta, served with garlic braised winter greens - OR - homemade fettucini alfredo finished with white truffle oil seved with stuffed mushrooms and winter greens.
