In 1991, the sons of Jack Jr., Brian and Zachary, had a goal of starting a neighborhood bakery in Ukiah. Today they are committed to providing their customers with the same quality and freshness that have been a hallmark of Schat’s baking for over 100 years. The philosophy of Schat’s Bakeries is simple – give people a consistent, quality product while offering superb service. We hope you find this true at all of our three locations in Ukiah.

11:15 am - 4:45 pm  Monday through Friday
11:45 am - 4:45 pm Saturday

Schat's Bakery & Cafe's other locatin in Ukiah are inside Friedmen Brothers (468-5850), on campus at Mendocino College (468-3014), and a seasonal booth at the Farmers Market in the Alex Thomas Plaza. Each location has different hours.
