We use only the highest quality fresh meats, poultry, seafood and cheeses.  We add no fat, by-products, or MSG to any of our gourmet foods.

Roundman's uses a low-salt approach to brining and seasoning, along with the mild smoke of apple and alder woods on our products.

Our smoked products are fully cooked and ready to eat.  Many of our customers wander in and pick up items to take straight out the the beautiful cliffs of Northern California.  All of our sausages are delicious cold, as well as hot off the grill!
