Redwood Valley Cellars is the largest dedicated custom crush facility on the North Coast. While other wineries may offer custom crush services, we specialize in it. And with over 15 years of quality service to both growers and wineries, we have the knowledge, expertise, and efficiencies in place to make the best wine at competitive prices.

A highlight of some of our services include: Crushing/pressing/fermenting - we can work with both small and large lots, with capacity up to 8,000 tons. Micro Oxygenation + Oak Adjuncts - by softening harsh tannins, integrating oak, and elevating fruit, young red wines will be more appealing on the bulk market and in the bottle. Cross-Flow Filtration - with state of the art filtration and the lowest loss rates in the industry, you’ll get more finished wine per ton, which adds to your bottom line. Winemaking - our dedicated winemaker, Jason Welch, is available to work with your consulting winemaker or act as a resource for all of your winemaking needs. Storage - with 1,200 to 60,000 gallon tanks, we can meet all your storage needs.
