Wide open space, peace and quiet await you at The Other Place.  If you are looking for a quick getaway from the big city or for a real vacation, this 500+ acre ranch is just what you need.  Located just minutes from downtown Boonville, choose from four unique cottages designed to bring the outdoors in.  The Buckeye, The Oaks and  The Breezeway sit on the ridge of the eastern slope with sweeping views of the valley.  Enjoy the quiet and peaceful setting with your canine friend, who may romp off leash in the 2-3 fenced acres around each cottage.  Or stay in Creekside located on the valley floor nestled amongst centuries old oaks next to Soda Creek.

Special feathres include generous picture windows, large walk-in showers/bathtubs, woodburning stoves and heat for the winter chill, AC in summer, hammocks (seasonal), walking trails and a pond for you and your four legged friends to cool off in summer. All cottages have queen size beds.

We are just a few minutes drive or a satisfying walk to downtown Boonville.  Enjoy eating out at one of the downtown restaurants or eat in.  All cottages have full kitchens and an outdoor grill.  Come and enjoy our May through October farmers market loaded with organic garden fresh produce from many of Anderson Valley's small local farms.  You may want to spend the day wine tasting, or enjoying the outdoors, hiking at Hendy Woods and swimming/picnicking at the Navarro River.  Don't miss the stunning nightly display of stars.

Prices range from as low as $140 per night Monday through Thursday.  Weekend rates start at @200 per night Friday through Sunday, plus 11 % room tax, with a two night minimum.  Holiday rates apply.  Call early to reserve as we do book up quickly, but do not hesitate to call last minute as we do get the occasional cancellation.
