Naughty Boy Vineyards
Naughty Boy Vineyards is a small organic Pinot Noir Vineyard. Planted in 1996 by the owners and farmed organically by Jim Scott.
The Pinot Noir is made in the burgandian style we buy only new french oak and barrel ferment for 18 months to 2 years before bottling, we then wait a year to release it. We offer two labels, our original label has our pet boxer "Little Ricky" who was a faithful vineyard dog and helped with planting and frost protection. Our NBV label evokes a feeling for "the elegance of the wine and the blue bird of happiness! Gold Medal Winner!
Our Chardonnay is from the Thornton Ranch adjacent to Naughty Boy vineyards. The Thorntons' are pear farmers and the crisp chardonnay is also made in the burgundian chablis style in oak. You will taste a hint of pear in the wine. Gold Medal Winner!
Our Dolcetto grapes come from Talmage near the City of Ten Thousand Buddhas. Dolcetto is an Italian varietel that means little sweet one. It pairs well with spicy foods. The Rapunzel label evokes a young maiden spinning grapes into gold. The label was created by artist Cindy Ryan of Portland, Maine.
We will be releasing a limited edition Pinot Noir Rose in the spring. Please reserve your case now!
Our wines are carried in the finest wine stores and restaurants in California and sell out every year. They are also available to order on our website. www.naughtyboyvineyards.com
