They use a lot of organic, local ingredients, and they are active in the local community. Service is great and portions were hearty, too . The "Hippie Sauce" that they use in the scrambles for breakfast is amazing and the pancakes are made with wheat flour. Cafe one is the locals favorite breakfast spot.
