Each of the inn's spacious and luxuriously appointed guest rooms are individually designed to capture views of the ocean except for Meadowview suite which has a view of the forest and meadow.  Soothing earth tones, tasteful furnishings, and a Zen-like style and ambience connect this Mendocino bed and breakfast to the California coast. All rooms feature gas fireplaces, down comforters and pillows (hypoallergenic option available), feather beds, Sferra linens imported from Italy,  flat panel LCD televisions with built-in DVD players and cable access, iHome clock radios, WiFi access, complimentary local and long distance calls, plush robes, fresh flowers, daily delivery of the San Francisco Chronicle and rich leather club chairs for relaxing by the fire.

The bathrooms have a tub/shower combination; several have either a Jacuzzi or soaking tub for two.  All bathrooms feature Molton Brown bath products, organic cotton towels, lighted makeup mirrors and Giessdorf showerheads.

Gourmet cooked to order breakfast and early evening wine hour with a light dinner buffet is served in the Great Room.  The focus is on natural and organic ingredients in the preparation of the bountiful fare found at the Brewery Gulch Inn. Drawn primarily from local farmers in Mendocino County, morning and afternoon menus are crafted to feature organically-grown fruits and vegetables; artisan cheeses; free-range poultry and livestock; and herbs and edible flowers grown in the gardens at the inn.

A consistent recipient of AAA’s Four Diamond Award, Brewery Gulch Inn has also been recognized as a leader among environmentally-conscious businesses. In 2007, the Green Hotel Association extended an invitation for partnership to Brewery Gulch Inn, and Audubon International asked the inn to join their Cooperative Sanctuary Program, making Brewery Gulch the only Northern California bed and breakfast to receive both recognitions.
