The Artists Coop Gallery is located upstairs in the Sussex Building at 45270 Main Street in the village of Mendocino CA. The members and guest artists create traditional and contemporary art that is diverse in content, media, and formats. New shows are installed monthly, and members display new work on their individual walls and spaces throughout the year.The gallery is part studio: an artist is often working on a project and is happy to talk about the process or just allow  visitors to observe. There might even be a chance to join in.  Besides browsing in the gallery and interacting with artists and their work, visitors will enjoy the second floor location which provides a spectacular view of Mendocino Bay, the headlands and beyond.
