Anderson Valley Museum
The museum shares relics and information about Anderson Valley’s colorful past, including Boontling, the original native residents local language once spoken widely throughout the valley.
Visitors call this museum "A hidden gem"! Built in 1891, the Con Creek Schoolhouse is now home to many wonderful exhibits of those early Anderson Valley years. Stroll through the grounds to the Tuttle Bulding and visit the Boontling Room, The Farrer Store, an early settler home vignette, and several other rooms displaying lumber, agriculture and blacksmith artifacts.
Whether you simply stop for a picnic in our redwood grove or stay to enjoy the museum for the afternoon, we hope to see you soon!
